PRODUCTION PLANNING AND LOGISTICS MANAGER - SP

Production Planning: Develop, implement, and oversee production schedules to ensure optimal efficiency and on-time delivery. Align production output with sales forecasts and customer requirements. Material Supply Management: Ensure the consistent and timely supply of raw materials and components to the production lines, coordinating with procurement and suppliers to minimize downtime and production interruptions. Logistics Coordination: Manage logistics operations, including warehousing, distribution, and transportation, to ensure smooth product flow from production to delivery. Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels to balance supply chain costs while meeting production demands. Implement strategies to reduce excess inventory and avoid shortages. Supplier and Customer Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, transport providers, and customers to ensure the smooth operation of the supply chain and resolution of any logistical challenges. Team Leadership: Lead and develop the production planning and logistics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Process Improvement: Drive process optimization initiatives, utilizing lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve delivery performance. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all logistics and production operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and environmental standards.
