The Product Manager for LATAM is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and feature definition of emerchantpays offerings for the LATAM area, in line with the organizations strategy and goals. The role involves working tightly with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure maximum value to the organization. The Product Manager drives the capturing and alignment of key business requirements from all relevant stakeholders and supports the product owners, developers and operational teams throughout development and delivery. **Responsibilities**:Is the product champion for the LATAM region, creates and evangelizes the appropriate short and long-term roadmap for the area in direct collaboration with Senior Management; Documents and maintains a backlog of planned high-level features and milestones, linked to goals, and their order of priority; Drives progress against goals, actively looking for ways to improve the product & make adjustments based on strategic targets; Ensures alignment on both roadmap and high-level requirements between Senior Management, Merchants, Commercial and Operational Stakeholders, Product Development and Engineering; Provides product knowledge and a sound understanding of local market and competitors, customer needs and capability requirements; Understands the companysoverall product offerings and processes, including interdependencies with other systems and third parties; Sets expectations withinProduct Development and Engineering for pace of delivery required to achieve platform goals; Drives timely creation and delivery of all required materials for effective handover to operational and commercial teams, including e. G. Demos, FAQs, Product Descriptions and internal sales material; Collaborates with Product Owners andEngineering in development planning sessions, challenging appropriately to ensure solutions are successfully released on schedule; Drives product improvements based on analysis drawn from data, systems and customer behavior; Evangelises and embeds best practices in tracking, analysis, user experience design, and other data-driven problem solving across multiple teams. **Requirements**:Excellent understanding of the ecosystem of payment processing and acquiring services; Comfortable communicating with business stakeholders, engineering and analytics teams at all levels; Technical knowledge and skill to speak authoritatively on the technical aspects of payment method integrations; Can-do attitude and enthusiasm to overcome obstacles and get the job done, even if it means solving problems outside of the defined role; Proficient in written and spoken English; Education in BA/BS related field - Business, Finance, Economics, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience; 3-5 years of experience in Product Management related fields; Experience with different aspects of payment provider integrations:Payment processing, card acquirers, online banking, alternative payment methods; Prior experience workingin a multi-national Confidential and driving transformations. **Benefits**:The opportunity to make a difference and be part of an exciting new team in a fun and motivating work environment; The opportunity to progress through the companys international team; Competitive salary;Generous benefits scheme; Desirable So Paulo office location.
