Responsabilidades - Capacidade estratégica para definição de missão e métricas atreladas aos OKRs da instituição; - Articulação e comunicação clara com múltiplos stakeholders (incluindo C-level); - Ter experiência comprovada entregando produtos e valor para clientes/pacientes (melhoria de indicadores/métricas); - Experiência comprovada gerenciando entregas coordenadas em mais de um squad; - Capacidade analítica para identificação de oportunidades e priorização; - Ter olhar acurado e detalhista para design e a experiência digital que entregamos; Requisitos Requerimentos - Vasta experiência como Product Manager e gerenciamento de equipes; - Ter atuado com produtos digitais; - Experiência em estratégia de produto; - Fortes habilidades analíticas e quantitativas com a capacidade de usar dados e métricas para estabelecer e validar hipóteses; -Capacidade de negociação de objetivos e resultados; - Ter uma visão de negócio e mercado, pensamento estratégico e forte capacidade analítica são fundamentais.
