The team you''ll be part ofThe Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customersincluding account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customerinternally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deepunderstanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensuresstrong alignment between sales and delivery teams. What you will learn and contribute toAS PART OF OUR TEAM, YOU WILL:Understand TSS Technical Support Services requirements in customer tendersRequest for Proposals i. E. RFPs and define Services scope. Prepare Technical support Services sales proposal as response to customer tenders. Define and document technical customer solution, respond to technical sections oftenders, and prepare costing/pricing. Acts as a business level contact towards Global Service Unit and Market sales &delivery organization. Lead and drive services initiatives towards automation and digitalization. Proactively assists on engagement with customers regarding Nokia solutions thatrequire consulting-led approach. Acts as expert towards new colleagues, providing guidance on offer handling,pointing to additional sources of information, etc. Responsible to act as customer success manager to drive end-to-end care renewalsand improve hit rateNegotiation skills to defend the case with internal stakeholders and towards thecustomersOwn the care renewal business and drive upsell to generate more salesDefend services margin during negotiations with a clear value-based pricingrationale. RESPONSIBLE FOR SERVICE CATALOG UPDATE PROCESS:Initiation, creation, update and reporting for relevant Service Businesses as perRegional agreementsPerforms risk analysis of the proposed solution. Acts as key bridge between salesand delivery phase to identify and manage risks and assure customer satisfaction. Involved in Cost approvalreview process and doing Solution sign-off for productmanagers to ensure quality of offerings from Global sales support.
