Responsibilities Withtraining in areas related to Design or Technology or with proven experience incurriculum and portfolio. People on this level help the team in product design tasks, considering theend-to-end process, from immersion and understanding to validation, passingthrough conceptualization and prototyping. Helping other designers, POs / PMs,commercial team and technical team in the comprehension phase and on therequirement analysis for new products, features or projects. Collaborating withthe team in the conceptualization phase. Helping the team to communicate and validate ideas during an iterative productdevelopment process. Prototyping solutions at different levels of fidelity(mockups, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes), considering the level ofdetail needed to communicate and validate ideas in different contexts. Helping tomaintain a high-quality look and feel for the company''s products. Participating in the Quality Assurance process, helping other designers,developers, and POs to ensure that our products are being shipped with quality. Participating in the ceremonies of the Design Chapter, collaborating with thearea inside our company, and being an active participant of the design critiquesessions. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of fundamental visual designprinciples. Basic knowledge of and some experience with interface design and prototypingtools. Requirements Capable of describing the main steps of abasic design process(immersion, analysis, conceptualization, prototyping, and testing). Formal knowledge of some basic methods related to each step of the process. Capable of designing interactions without serious flaws and that dialogue with thecontext in which they are inserted. Capable of designing interactions respectingstandard methodologies and heuristics. Capable of making good use of existing patterns and design systems. College degreein Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Product Design, Communication, Advertising,Psychology, Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or related areas. In theabsence of a college degree, should prove experience with curriculum, portfolio,and case presentations. Some prior contact with basic literature on UX, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI),Interface Design, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, and related areasis desirable. It is desirable to have attended or to be taking some specialization(academic or not) in UX, Strategic Design, Interaction Design, InformationArchitecture, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Ergonomics, or similar areas.
