PORSCHE BUSINESS EXCELLENCE (PBE) MANAGER

Porsche Business Excellence (Pbe) Manager - This person will be required to provide support and act as a coach to General Managers and Dealer Principals on PBE activities and best practices within the industry/market. **Tasks****Main Responsibilities**- Overall PBE project (including budget) management- Adapt central PBE concept to Brazil and market specific requirements- Ensure integration of new PAG retail improvement initiatives into local PBR PBE program- Define the PBE focus/scope for the region in line with PBR organization/business strategy- Coordinate/Communicate with relevant parties (PBR, dealers) the local program concept, main priorities, implementation phases, etc- Selection and management of external consultants- Kick-off/debrief with field force before and after each onsite implementation and/or follow up visit with the markets- Set-up and coordination of detailed roll-out plan with PBR and dealers- Conduct offsite and onsite in-depth analysis and define areas of focus with field force and importers/dealers (based on KPIs). Development detailed action plan for each dealership. - Run employee satisfaction surveys in the markets, follow up results and work together on improving employee engagement levels- Run quarterly onsite follow-up visits in dealerships and regular bi-monthly phone calls- Development Tools, Guidelines, Coaching Modules & adapt material coming from PAG- Gather, Document and Share of Best Business Practices (in the region & worldwide)- Close cooperation with training department to identify training needs and requirements- Close cooperation with headquarters about all aspects of PBE, participate in global and regional conferences- Coordinate innovation program and digitalization at PBR and Dealer network. - Online Retail Channel Development and Systems Strategy and concept development- Omni-Channel Retail Development**Qualifications**:**Education**- College degree in business management, engineering or comparable formal qualification**Experience**- 5+ years in a dealership or OEM as retail consultant in automotive business or similar experiences- Retail sales management experience a plus, luxury industry preferred- Project and process management knowledge- Innovation culture knowledge**Competencies**:- Flexible and Adaptable- Planning and Organization- Initiative and Creativity- Analytical mindset and data driven approach- Understanding of IT as an enabler for the business**Skills**:- Languages: fluency (oral/written) in English is required- High level of written, oral communication/presentation with direct colleagues/dealer management teams and customers- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in always challenging and unpredictable market conditions- Ability to develop and articulate an operational strategy for regional team and assigned dealers- String leadership capabilities to manage external consultants- Creative and analytical thinking skills with the ability to develop and manage strategic projects- Ability to effectively manage and negotiate at dealer level understanding culture and way of doing business- Leadership skills to coordinate and implement regional/area initiatives. - Highly organized - strong attention to detail- Ability to set and meet challenging deadlines- Varying amounts of overnight and weekend travel may be required- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes**Contact**:
