\ What You'll Be Doing.
Support the overall management of benefits (inclusion, exclusion, and purchase).
Benefits Administration.
Assist in administering employee benefits, answering questions, helping with enrollment, and resolving benefit-related issues.
Conduct the onboarding process for new employees.
Facilitate the introduction of new employees to the company's culture, policies, and procedures (onboarding orientation and follow-up).
Data Management and Reporting.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in People systems.
Generate reports and analyses to inform strategic People decisions.
Conduct internal audits and organize People Ops documents.
Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
Proactively and effectively resolve issues, ensuring employee satisfaction.
What You Need To Succeed.
Strong verbal communication skills Proficiency in Google Sheets.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Intermediate proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
Interest in technology, innovation and artificial intelligence.
Nice to Have.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
