Toolkits, Trainings, Guides, etc Ownership of Data & Reports.
Master Data, HRIS for People Cycle Processes, Turnover Analysis, Engagement Results Analysis (+ Other People Health KPIs) Ownership of Presentations.
Monthly Routines with Senior People Directors and Business Partners, Critical presentations for Executive Leaders (Talent Reviews) Ownership of Internal Communications.
Plan and Execute Internal communications through the entire people cycle Daily support to Senior Business Partners through Mailbox, Routines & Calls, Microsoft Teams Channels, Action Logs Scope.
