Responsabilidades y asignaciones Operational Oversight.
Manage the daily operations of the company to ensure smooth processes.
Monitor and ensure performance on all 3PL's warehouses Process Improvement.
Lead operational projects aimed at improving productivity, cost savings, or quality.
Financial Oversight.
Manage operational budgets and ensure cost-efficiency in all processes.
Monitor and control expenses, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Strategic Planning.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute operational strategies that align with company goals.
Participate in setting long-term objectives, business plans, and strategic goals.
Requisitos y calificaciones Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations management, ideally within fashion industry.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of operational software (e.
., ERP systems) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
