Optimize sales team performance through KPI tracking, goal-setting, and feedback.
Develop scalable onboarding, training, and management processes for sales reps.
Collaborate with leadership to align operational strategies with growth objectives.
Ensure cross-departmental coordination (Sales, HR, IT) to support operational success.
Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.
Manage budgets, ensuring resources are utilized cost-effectively.
Handle recruitment, team management, and HR tasks for the operations team.

Skills to be Successful Proven experience in an Operations Director role, especially within a sales-focused company.
In-depth knowledge of sales processes and operational management.
