OPERATIONS COORDINATOR, RIDER BRAZIL

About the Role The Rider team's goal is to deliver the best possible way for people to move and move items around so no one can even picture themselves doing it through any other means.
The Operations Coordinator role focuses on the Growth side of this strategy, meaning they will contribute to this goal by bringing in new riders to the platform, get them through the ELC stage and avoiding churn/bringing back churned riders.
This person will also be responsible for implementing the most efficient campaigns and processes to increase our rider base in Brazil.
This role requires an eye for business, as well as analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
What the Candidate Will Do Execute projects focused on rider growth, both for new and resurrected riders.
Supervise metrics to ensure business performance and support our decision making process with an analytical approach.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to get everyone aligned in solving the same issues and implementing more complex solutions.
Perform data analyses and experiments to find opportunities to grow the Brazil rides business.
Advise leadership on tough tradeoffs and propose and execute strategic improvements that may involve several teams with a strong impact.
Quickly act on unexpected deviations or issues that might impact our overall goals.
Manage governance around rider growth metrics, in order to keep the business running.
Own the rider growth pillar.
Be the gatekeeper for any changes or experiments coming from all parts of the company that may affect AR, educating the leadership team on critical decisions and quickly acting on issues presented in these markets.
Lead strategic initiatives with a large scope that aim to have a big positive impact on the rider base.
