Operations Analyst (Second Shift) - Sh**Latitude. Sh global computing platform was launched in 2019, enabling businesses to programmatically deploy single-tenant Bare Metal instances in different parts of the world. We are a team of passionate individuals about hardware, software, and network infrastructure looking to build the fastest, easiest-to-use, developer-centric single-tenant Cloud infrastructure. If you share this passion, join our growing team of talented people and help build the future of the Internet. **Summary**We are looking for a qualified professional, interested in working on the **second shift (1:00pm to 10:00pm)**, to join us in the Operations Team. **Key Responsabilities**- Provide support for infrastructure services - servers and storage hardware, operating systems, and software platforms; - Rack and stack, setup and maintenance of our cabinets; - Maintain relationship with our remote data centers; - Install Operating Systems (Linux and Windows); - Troubleshoot operatingsystem, storage issues, including disk management and RAID technologies; - Configure and maintainIPMI. **Skills and Qualifications**- Advanced English communication skills (B2 level or above); - Experience in monitoring software and ticketing systems to provide customer support; - Experience with serverhardware and components; - Intermediate knowledgeof Linux and Windows; - Previous experience with data center environment; - Interest in building asolid career in Infrastructure and Systems; - Bachelors degree in Technology areas or related degree. **What do we offer?**- Competitive Compensation; - Annual Bonus based on company and team performance; - Meal voucher (Flash): R$805,22/monthly; - Gympass;- Work Anniversary bonus; - Transportation or fuelvoucher (without discounts); - Health Plan (Amil);- Dental Plan (Amil); - Subsidies for education, certification and English courses; - Hybrid: 1x home office / 4x at Vila Mariana - São Paulo - SP; - Partnership with SESC extended to dependents. **Why Latitude.
