Are you a detail-oriented person? Do you like to work in dynamic environments? We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our team, proposing improvements and performing tasks to meet customer requirements.
We need an organized, communicative, and proactive individual, focused on addressing customer needs to ensure success.
You’ll be analyzing and working on customer health KPIs, driving growth for both the customer and the entire Axur team.
And you can work remotely from anywhere in the world! A typical workday might include.
Interpreting customer threat validation criteria; Understanding and addressing customer requirements to deliver results and ensure customer success; Performing requested work within agreed-upon deadlines; Proposing improvements in tools, processes, and deliveries.
\n Indispensable Requirements.
Fluency in Portuguese; Advanced proficiency in either Spanish or English; Familiarity with Google Workspace (GSuite); Knowledge or experience with social media platforms.
Additional Qualifications.
Knowledge of search techniques in browsers and social networks; Expertise in SQL.
