THE OPPORTUNITYWe are hiring an Operations Analyst to our Global Wellbeing Engagement team!A hands-on professional with strong communication, collaboration andorganizational skills that will guarantee that our Local and Global WE teams havethe support they need to make wellbeing universal and accessible for everyone. The main mission of this role is to manage all tools, processes and systems thatenable our teams to deliver the best experience to clients and amazing initiativesto eligible employees. As a Global Operations Analyst, you will be in touch with several internal andexternal stakeholders on a daily basis and will be responsible for the dailyexecution and management of the health of our support system - leading paymentprocesses and budget control, regional and global training, tools assessments andother opportunities for improvements. We''re looking for someone who will roll up their sleeves and get to work. YOUR IMPACTCreation and optimization of administrative processes and routines in theOperations area; Management and monitoring of tools, systems and softwares that support the WEteam; Management of operation costs and team budget, ensuring sustainable growth for thebusiness; Coordination and supportin the structuring of new projects and solutions in thearea; Process reviews, according to market''s benchmarks and proposals for improvementsand innovations aimed at greater agility and sustainability of the operation; Management of the area''sKPIs, ensuring the evolution and proposing actions toensure the delivery of our results; Working with the WE Regional, WE Global, Finance and Product teams to ensuresynergy between the other areas of the business and operation. WHO YOU ARESomeone with previous experience in Operations or Administrative; Familiar with Google package, such as Google Sheets and Slides; Organized, good with processes and planning; Have a scalable mindset to create and deploy standard internal processes in orderto generate a wide and significant impact in our team''s daily lives; Analytical skills and ability to track results with a structured and organizedmindset are welcome; Good writing and verbal communication skills; Relationship-building and stakeholder management are a must; Have a strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done, witheagerness to grow with hands-on mindset; Passion for changes and able to adapt yourself easily to new scenarios; WHAT WE OFFER YOUWE''RE AWELLNESS COMPANY THAT IS COMMITTED TO THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF OUREMPLOYEES.
