New Products Manager - All our vacancies are open to people with disabilities" Responsibility:We are looking for a professional with a dynamic profile to manage the development of new products for the YALE brandThis professional will be responsible for the entire new product development strategy, portfolio management, design Go To Market, ensuring market share expansion and adding value to the brand. Ensure the best product pricing in accordance with the company''s brand positioning strategy. Analyze the competition and related markets to improve internal and external processes and any other customer and end consumer touch point. Support the commercial area both in product training, as well as developing sales arguments to facilitate the implementation of the GTM strategy. Manage investment monitoring, prioritization, and decisions on Yale new product development projects. Manage, develop, and execute E-commerce marketing strategies to promote products and services. Manages the P&L to guarantee the necessary profitability for the company. Requirements:Complete degree in industrial designfluent EnglishAnalytical profileLead by exampleHave at least 5 years of experience as a Designer. Haveat least 3 years of experience management Team.
