Our design roadmap is full of exciting and challenging projects. What we are looking forWe are looking for a Motion Designer to join our growing design team. Our motion designers take ownership of video production, motion graphics, social media graphics, illustrations, business templates, and any other brand materials to support product and marketing. For this role, we are looking for a Motion Designer to hit the ground running and support other motion designers working across the Bitfinex ecosystem of products. You will report to the Head of Design and will: Drive the strategy and positioning of your campaigns. Plan, scope, and ideate on creative work that contributes to a long-term plan. Communicate your ideas and work to your direct team and other teams. Produce high-quality motion graphics and videos and creative designs, taking full ownership. Work within our brand guidelines and design systems to create consistent creative ideas. Scale your videos and designs across multiple platforms and surfaces. This is a remote position and candidates will need to work primarily within European time zones. Minimum Requirements3+ years experience working on a mix of motion, video, and graphic design. Experience with Fintech would be an advantage but isnt essential. A strong portfolio with real examples of videos, motion graphics, and illustrations you created. You obsess over the details and have a strong visual style. Youre naturally curious about video, design, communication, and technology. Youre always open to constructive feedback and always willing to learn smarter ways of working. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and present ideas.
