Mkt Bi And Analytics Manager - Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools. Experience leading and influencing the BI strategy of your team or organization. Professional experience with SQL and Microsoft Excel, and other business intelligence tools. 5+ years of relevant experience as a business intelligence engineer/analyst, creating reports, using metrics and data to backup business cases, planning, and decisions. You and your team will focus on reporting, analysis, and supporting other Marketing teams with data and insightful information to help them surpass complex business challenges. You will also work to facilitate business reviews across Marketing teams. You will be working with local and international teams across our world wideAmazon Consumer Marketing organization. Often times, the ideal set of data will not be available and you''ll have to think creatively about what is available in order to drive results. You will also be responsible for producing written recommendations and insights for key stakeholders that will help shape effective strategies to better meet our customers? needs. A day in the lifeAbout the hiring groupJob responsibilitiesWork with complex data sets to analyze and gain insights to drive business decisions. Build data pipelines to cater to different data needs of stakeholders and enable them with self service capabilities. Proactively identify problems and opportunities and perform root cause analysis/diagnosis leading to significant business impact. Partner with leadership and marketing managers to gather requirements, understand their challenges and expectations on outcomes of data analytics. Build and maintain reports and dashboards, own data quality to track performance of different marketing channels, initiatives and products. Own reporting for business reviews with leadership. Contribute to BI and data tooling, wiki, skills and team impact. Experience mentoring and managing other data engineers and BI developers. Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business or related technical field. Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication involving multiple levels of leadership.
