Mechanical And Structural Engineering Manager - Boeing Brazil is seeking Mechanical and Structural Engineering Manager, reporting to the Structures Manager, working out of the Sao Jose dos Campos office. The Mechanical and Structural Engineering Manager will to join the Structures Design and Stress team and will find leaders to fill multiple spots within our organization. Position Responsibilities:Must have existing rights to work in BrazilMust have a Bachelor degree in EngineeringExperience in Engineering design and/or analysisExperience working with internal and external customers and suppliers. Strong execution, communication, and collaboration skills. Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English LanguagePreferred Qualifications Education/Experience:Experience leading or managing technical teamsxperience with product integrity and in-service safety, and/or mission assurance. Experience with in-service fleet support. Experience in leading, coaching and developing others including those who are not your direct reports. Strong analytic and research skills - must be detail oriented.
