MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

In this role you will:Lead brand building initiatives and implementation aiming to achieve Top brand preference and consideration among business customers; include Solar Installers, Distributors, and End Users. collaborate across multiple business functions; i. E. category strategy,product marketing, marcom, channel sales team, project sales team and technical support team to ensure unified campaign strategy, clear roles and responsibilities, sequenced execution and implementation of campaigns for regional marketing. Support regional marketing Head and its subregional Head to identify marcom B2B objectives, KPIs and strategy. Craft annual MarCom proposal and calendar with consensus among key stakeholders of business and organization. The MarCom proposal is inclusive of industrial exhibition, seminar, on-line digital marketing, social medias operation, etc. Collaborate with subregion sales team/technical team to explore and identify the insights of various types of customers respectively and drive actions based on the findings and implications. Collaborate with the product management team and design/industry media to initiate topics and generate content. Develop measurement matrix as the evaluation of effectiveness of the campaign and generate post campaign report. Collaborate with subregion sales team to explore opportunities for brand leverage; include industryseminar, designer/installer Events, Awards etc. Develop and consolidate relationships with industry media, and to probe valuable cooperation for endorsement. Act as the BP role, to lead and coordinate across functions, and to enable the subregion team for marketing activities; drive the progress, facilitate cooperation, optimize resources, control the budget and ensure an on-time delivery of key results. We are looking for:5-10 years experience and have a good track record in marketing communications. Having B2B communication experience is an advantage for this position. University degree; prefer major in business or communication. Proficient in both written and spoken English. Knowledge of renewable energy industry is preferred. Good leadership, Self-motivation, Strong accountability. Good project management, communication and coordination skill.
