We are looking for a Manager Manufacturing Finance who will be responsible forOptimize EVA and operating earnings of the manufacturing function throughout theAmericas Aerosol plants currently Brazil, Mexico, United States and Canada. TO ACHIEVE EXTRAORIDNARY THINGS TOGETHER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:- Lead Business/Manufacturing and EVA Optimization, own the reporting and resultsFor the Americas Aerosol portion of the divisional monthly manufacturing review; - Lead the EVA in the manufacturing area for Americas Aerosol with theManufacturing Finance Director; - MANAGE PLANT CONTROLLERS AND OTHER OPERATIONS MANAGERS TO ASSURE AMERICAS AEROSOL MANUFACTURING GOALS AND METRICS ARE EXCEEDED ON TASKS SUCH AS:- Manufacturingperformance production, efficiency, spoilage, claims, etc; - Manufacturing costs incl. Labor costs/Headcount Vs Budget/FC/PY- Productivity Improvements- Benchmarking/best practices- Main opportunities/main risks- Main achievement/issues- Strategically lead continuous improvement, simplification, standardization,Alignment of manufacturing reporting through adequate tools/processes/procedures; - Deploy awareness of the EVA and financial principles in the organization; - Own and report on capital expenditures globally; - Manage internal controls/compliance in the Americas Aerosol plants and supportInternal audits; - Lead the deployment and alignment of any tasks within the Americas AerosolRegion; - Adhoc projects & improvements. SO THAT TOGETHER WE MAKE THE DIFFERENCE, WE HOPE YOU HAVE. - Bachelos Degree; - English Advanced/Fluent; - WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF THE FOLLOWING AREAS:Finance, Accounting, Economic Value Added EVA; - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel and Word; - Proficient in HyperionFinancial tools HFM, Essbase, Planning, etc. preferred.
