It is basically the housing for all Mastercard capabilities, and it aims to drive Mastercard growth, influence and revenue by creating and selling compelling datadriven, scalable needsbased solutions to new and existing customers by tapping Mastercards extensive toolbox of product and service offerings. Customer Solution Center Technical Architect is provider of deep expertise on solution architecture to ensure feasibility of bespoke implementation. Working together with solution architect and product specialists, technical architect understands details of proposed bundles & solutions to manage technical implications and to assesssho w they can be implemented with clients. Technical Architect Reports to Customer Solution Center LeadCSCLKey ResponsibilitiesWorks with solution architect and product specialists to recommend new needsbased solutions&bundles to customers in order to address key customer pain points. Closely coordinate with product specialists to understand product technical requirementsUnderstand clients needs and current technological stackMap technical specifications of the proposed solution to the client architectureProvides technical support in presales narrative development and client conversationsLeads Pre scoping, Presales technical discovery and mapping to client environmentSupports in assessing the technical connectivity and cohesiveness of proposed solutionsClosely coordinate with TAMs or TCs to ensure that postsales handover is smooth. Provide internal Empresa importante to the CSCL/SA on what is ready and roadmap timelines from a technology perspectiveBring technology related budget discussions in collaboration with finance, to SA and squad team problem solvingCollaborate with the appropriate client teams to develop integration methodology of the new solution in the client environment. Manage handover to the implementation teams of MA and clients to ensure that the right technical integration roadmap has been laid out. Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure. Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems or equivalent combination of relevant experience and educationOperational /technical background within the payments and financial services industries. Prior technical/integration experience with payment ecosystem players Merchants, PSP, Loyalty Platforms, Gateways, Acquirers & Commerce Providers. Experience in product development and/or business analysisKnowledge of techniques for requirements capture and specification and the ability to balance tactical commercial needs against the needs of strategic Product & architecture. Understanding of APIs or working in new product development/innovation departments.
