MANAGER, OPERATIONS PERFORMANCE (GRU)

Manager, Operations Performance (Gru) - In this role, the Manager Operations Performance will report directly to the local ACS Station Manager with a dotted line to the regional Field Director for regional responsibilities. The scope of the role includes ensuring implementation of safety initiatives (SRAs, Investigations), on-time operational performance, baggage process performance and initiatives, AdR handling and performance, IROP support and coordination of the local part of Centralized LDD along with other critical initiatives. Responsibilities include:Directly manage the below wing ramp operations in the assigned key station and ground handling agreements (GHA) to effectively control the processes and operational performance. Support other ACS Station Managers in the region to drive MBR and AdR performanceRegularly audit the performance of the GHAs to ensure compliance with the service level agreements and proactively drive process changes, as necessary, where data indicates a pattern of failures. Provide oversight of the sortationsystems and GSE to support the effective flow management to minimize the effect on baggage and on-time performance. Effectively use data to support changes in the operation including impacts associated with technology and Above Wing operations. Drive employee awareness and accountability of company guidelines and procedures, and Rules of the Road. Ensure compliance with local union guidelines and labor laws, as applicable. Develop meaningful partnerships with airport authorities and government agencies. Develop operating plan for the station and identify capital plan needs. Partner with respective SkyTeam and Joint Venture partners, find opportunities for overall customer experience improvements. Lead Risk Assessments, safety investigations, drive corporate safety initiatives and promote a ?Just Culture?What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)Demonstrates that privacy is a priority when handling personal data. What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)College degree in business, operations management or a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
