he Marketing & Communications (MarComms) Finance & Strategy team supporting LatAm is looking for a Manager to join the team in Brazil.
This position will be an integrated business partner that will be responsible for financial planning and strategic decision-making for Netflix’s LatAm MarComms team.
MarComms leadership relies on the MarComms Finance & Strategy team to accurately forecast expenses as well as inform important strategic business decisions with actionable insights.
This role will report to the head of LatAm FP&A, and work closely with the Global MarComms F&S leader and team.
In this role, you will need to be a self-starter with tremendous skill in working and communicating with cross-functional partners.
A successful candidate will be able to manage complex work streams that involve multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships across teams.

ResponsibilitiesWork closely with senior Marketing & PR executives to translate strategic initiatives into a multi-year operating financial roadmapBe a strategic and financial thought partner to Marketing and PR executives across multiple LatAm countries.
Ensure that our financial plans are executing against our desired strategy, and identify areas of opportunityDevelop near and long-term Marketing & PR expense and headcount forecasts for various countries across LatAmCreate insightful presentations to summarize analyses and facilitate decision-making for leadershipBecome proficient in our reporting tools and planning system (Anaplan); drive automation efforts and system enhancementsForecast overhead costs, including developing activity-based workforce models and working with HR and Talent to forecast organizational needsPeriodic travel to other Netflix offices worldwideRequirements 8+ years of relevant experience in Finance and Strategy.
Prior media/entertainment/marketing is preferred but not required Verbal and written proficiency in English required (Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus); clear and concise communication abilities requiredExtensive experience conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis and delivering actionable recommendations based on the analysisPrior experience helping business leaders drive strategy & executionSuperior proficiency in Excel & complex financial modelingPrior experience working with or reporting analysis to high-level stakeholdersSound working knowledge of related accounting policies preferredMotivated and disciplined to work effectively and autonomouslyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and tolerate ambiguity and shifting requirementsHighest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethics4-year degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance (Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics).
