What You Will Do: Manage employees who are responsible for development projects, development teams, and application support functions. Oversee application programming and analysis projects which include development, installation, and maintenance of application programs. Maximize staff contribution through professional growth and development, to increase teamwork and more effectively meet business needs. Analyze applications to ensure that all systems that are developed meet business needs and specifications. Monitor and maintain adherence and compliance to quality standards on an ongoing basis. What Skills You Will Have: Talent Management: Knowledge of the critical competencies required to achieve intended results; ability to generate consistent approaches for hiring, selection, retaining and leveraging talent across the organization. Leadership: Knowledge of leadership practices and processes; ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives while having a long-term perspective of the future state of things and how to get there. IT Service Management (ITSM): Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) service; ability to manage IT services and oversee service operations. Core Application Systems: Knowledge of major production application systems used for delivery of services to internal and external clients; ability to leverage major production application systems in diverse situations. What You Will Have: Education and Experience: Bachelor degree, preferable in IT areas. Language: Pre-advanced English. What You May Have: Previous experience in leadership positions. Knowledge of technologies such as mainframe, Cobol, JCL, DP2, IMS. Additional Information: Travel requirement: less than 10% of the time.
