As a Litigation Manager at our company, we expect you to be responsible for the following: Manage and coordinate all company litigation processes, including judicial and administrative disputes. Manage judicial and other public authority communications received by the company. Control of deadlines, SLAs and KPIs. Develop legal strategies to defend the company's interests in legal disputes. Provide preventive legal counsel to minimize the risk of future litigation. Represent the company before government and judicial bodies when necessary. Coordinate work with external law firms and specialized consultants. Prepare reports and presentations on litigation matters.
