Unicorn Role Overview.
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Manager to lead our list-building operations and oversee a team responsible for prospecting and curating outbound lists.
This role requires expertise in Clay.
om, experience managing list-building workflows, and a strategic approach to identifying and targeting high-value prospects.
Success in this role means ensuring data accuracy, efficiency, and optimized outreach for outbound campaigns.
What You’ll Do.
Build, manage, and optimize cold outbound lists using Clay.
om and other tools.
Lead and train a team of list builders, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
Identify and research ideal companies and prospects for targeted outreach.
Implement best practices for data sourcing, enrichment, and validation.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine and optimize targeting strategies.
3+ years of experience in list building, prospecting, or outbound lead generation.
Expert-level proficiency in Clay.
om (must be highly skilled).
Familiarity with Apollo.
o and ClickUp for workflow and list management.
Strong analytical and research skills to identify high-value prospects.
Experience managing a team and ensuring data integrity and compliance.
