Lao Consumer Strategic Insights Manager - The person will directly report to a CSI Senior Manager based in LAO and the teamis spread across LAO and most of the time the team relations will be managedvirtually. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Learning Plan definition and implementation for KC categories regionally. To support the category strategy, transforming information in insights andrecommendations based on consumers understanding and with measurable businessimpact. To carryout regional ad-hoc research studies regionally, analyze and makerecommendations. Interact with global, local, analytics and shopper CSI teams supporting globalprojects in the region. To interact with global and local teams sharing knowledge and working inpartnership in regional and local projects including Marketing, Finance, Trade andR&E interfaces. To give coach and help the development of Market Research agencies and suppliers,interacting with them regionally for studies implementation and maximizing qualityand delivery from suppliers, leadingto strong and impactful business analysis. KEY SKILL REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 8 years of experience in Market Research with ad-hoc studies, qualitativeand quantitative, with continuous data (such as Nielsen, Kantar, Equity). It is aplus have any experience in manage digital research and data. Bachelor in Business Administration/ Advertising/ Psychology / Economy /Statistics / Other Postgraduate Studies in Marketing / Market ResearchStrategic thinking. Build knowledge in insightsHave previously held a regional position in market research for a multinationalcompany or in research agencies developing, managing and implementing projectsAnalytical capability, stablished skills for analyzing and consolidatinginformation from different sources (is a plus advance ability to work withfigures)Teamwork - Strong customer/client/supplier relationship skills (including abilityto work within virtual teams)Innovative ThinkingFluent / Advanced EnglishAbility to develop clear communication skills (written and verbal), been able topresents results directly to the senior managers across the businessGreat sense of priority and urgencyPrimary LocationBrazil -Sao PauloAdditional LocationsWorker TypeEmployeeWorker Sub-TypeRegularTime TypeFull time
