Manage the IT projects and coordinate with third-party consulting firm and HQ IT team to ensure the project implemented smoothly. Collect all the IT requirements from business departments and co-work with HQ IT team to analyze these requirements to provide solution to local business team. Deal with all the IT issues to create tickets to consulting firm or HQ IT and monitor the status of these tickets to ensure these tickets solved on time. Managethe construction of the local IT infrastructure. Manage IT vendors, contracts and service level agreements, perform vendor risk assessment and evaluate the quality of these suppliers. Develop department policies, process and procedures documentation and provide internal training to department and impact end users. Manage department team members, including performance and training assessment. Assist in other IT projects rollout from HQ. **Requirements**:3+ years of solid experience in IT operation manager. Strong understanding of IT project management, especially knowing the best practice of SAP project management. Have good knowledge with SAP, Sonda, and Internal Systems. Familiar with internal business processExcellent verbal and written communication skills required, English and Spanish.
