What can you look forward to as a Identity & Access Mgmt Analyst (IAM)? We are looking for a Business Service Analyst in our department IAM Business Services - Finance and HR (FIIU53) in Sorocaba; Responsible for the design and creation of authorization concepts and the technical implementation of business process needs in all our supported systems.
The team is globally distributed, and it has a dynamic and multicultural atmosphere with contact to all ZF business areas.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities as IAM Analyst - Finance and HR (m/f/d).
Analyse and understand business needs and translate into technical authorizations solutions.
Provide governance in terms of group standards for authorization concepts and deliver harmonization of existing solutions.
Align with corresponding business areas and external stakeholders and provide solution consulting.
Design and review of authorization concepts for strategic IT systems (mainly SAP systems).
Create and rework authorization objects (roles and groups) Design, implementation, and review of system specific authorization concepts.
Design, implementation, and review of business roles across all systems/technologies.
Support and consult business to adhere to SOD principles.
Provide worldwide end-to-end support for authorization concepts.
Provide 3rd level support for authorization concept questions.
Project lead and project participation in authorization related projects Your qualifications as IAM Analyst - Finance and HR (m/f/d).
Graduate degree or equivalent education in Information Security or Computer Science Experience with and strong understanding of IAM tasks in SAP.
Business process know-how in Finance and Human Resources (beneficial) Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical authorizations solutions.
Conceptual thinking/open minded/creative problem solving.
Assertiveness and strong communication skills.
Fluent English skills, German is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a matrix organization - pleasure in working with agile and international teams.
