Role Overview The HR Operations Manager Brazil will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations in Brazil, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across payroll, employee relations, occupational health, benefits administration, and vendor management. This role requires a deep understanding of Brazilian labor laws, union relations, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain compliance and drive HR operational excellence. As a Head of HR Operations, you will: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including salary, bonuses, overtime, and deductions, in accordance with local labor regulations. Lead all aspects of union negotiations, Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs), and manage employee relations to ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices. Partner with health providers and internal teams to manage occupational health programs, including compliance with local health and safety regulations. Manage relationships with vendors related to employee benefits (e. G. , health insurance, life insurance, pension plans), ensuring contract compliance and service quality. Maintain and optimize HR systems to ensure accurate data management, reporting, and analysis. Ensure all HR operations adhere to Brazilian labor laws, including employment contracts, employee records, and internal policies. Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction. Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and other operational matters. Work closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Legal to align HR operations with the overall business strategy. What youll bring: Extensive experience in HR Operations with significant expertise in payroll processes and vendor management. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Previous experience leading an HR Operations team, including managing vendors and payroll staff. Preferably experience in a multinational company, with a strong focus on HR operations, labor relations, and compliance in Brazil. Benefits: Private health insurance for you & your family.
