About this opportunity We are seeking a highly organized and task-oriented HR Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and improving HR operational processes, leveraging technology to drive scalability and efficiency. This position requires strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a focus on results. In this role, you will People Analytics Monitor, analyze, and generate insights from employee-related data to support decision-making processes. Develop reports and dashboards to track HR metrics and KPIs. Conduct internal audits to ensure accurate personnel information and data compliance. HR Technology Execute and improve HR operational processes within Workday, ensuring data accuracy and system optimization. Develop and apply technology solutions to automate HR processes and provide scalable insights. Monitor and ensure compliance with SLA requirements for tickets managed through the ticket management system. Support the administration of employee benefits, maintaining relationships with local insurance brokers and vendors. Oversee and audit POs/PRs and collaborate with Finance on invoice-related inquiries. Cascade and manage employee recognition processes using the global recognition platform. Employee Relations Act as a liaison for HR-related inquiries, ensuring efficient and empathetic communication with employees and managers. Represent HR in internal audits as needed. Onboarding and Offboarding Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics, ensuring seamless processes in collaboration with IT, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, Benefits Brokers, and managers. Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and support documentation, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure the dissemination and adherence to updated policies and guidelines. Manage relationships with HR vendors, overseeing contracts, POs, and service agreements. In this role, youll need Bachelors degree in technology, HR, or related areas. At least one year of experience in HR Operations or related fields. Advanced English proficiency. Strong organizational and task-oriented skills. Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities. Effective communication and presentation skills. Differentiated Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power BI, VBA (Visual Basic for Applications), and data analysis tools. Sound like a good fit? Great!
