As a Human Resources Partner, you will be responsible for engaging with employees and managers to implement and support tools, processes and people & culture objectives.
Key focus areas include employee experience, employee relations, learning and talent development, performance lifecycle, total rewards, communications and change management for your assigned group(s).

ACCOUNTABILITIES.
The HR Partner will support Innovation capability center, India, Bangalore employees and managers in guiding and advising on Takeda’s HR-strategy and HR-related operations for assigned groups to help deliver an exceptional people experience.
Responsibilities include.
Collaborate with the local HR Business Leader to assist in implementing the human resources strategy across the organization.
Model and reinforce Takeda’s culture by ensuring that HR practices are aligned with organizational objectives.
Support and advise managers and employees with annual HR-processes including goal setting, performance reviews, talent review and performance & reward calibration.
Conduct any follow-up actions resulting from annual processes.
Provide input on HR-related issues, providing insights on workforce planning, organizational design, and employee development.
In partnership with local HR Leader, manage compensation process for functional groups to include equity assessment, job description creation and leveling job roles.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure recruiting and hiring strategies, consistent communication and implementation of HR-best practices across assigned functional groups.
Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and support recruitment efforts.
Help improve the onboarding process to ensure a positive candidate experience and connecting them to Takeda’s culture and values.
Leverages organizational toolkits and communication channels to promote awareness, facilitate discussions provide training on HR initiatives, professional development, career pathing, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, etc.

Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends in turnover, hiring, promotions, separations and grievances to determine support or action needed to adjust unfavorable trends; Partner with HR Leadership team to implement appropriate approaches, processes and tools.
Work with internal partners such as Global Mobility, Legal, Compliance, and PAG (People advisory group) to resolve employee issues as appropriate.
Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, culture, and retention.
Minimum Qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree, master’s in business administration is preferable Minimum 7+ years of experience in HR partnering with significant experience in Compensation and Benefits Hands on experience in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HRIS platforms (i.
., Workday)  Skills/Competencies.
Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices Ability to coach, advising and provide guidance to leaders Experience working in a matrix organization Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, prioritize, manage deadlines, results-oriented  Able to manage operational tasks and Provide HR guidance on strategic initiatives Should be customer-focused and team player  Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS.
This role is considered a hybrid position, and candidates must be able to work onsite at Takeda, ICC Bangalore office to engage in meaningful in-person interactions.
Willingness to travel to various meetings or client sites.
