Hiring Operations Analyst - We are recruiting without losing what VTEX claims for excellence while maintaining a strong employer brand. As a Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to help us define the proper strategies and actions in the Talent Acquisition team we will follow based on our numbers. What You Will DoHelp us to track Indicators, build dashboards and databases that will guide the team''s actions; Come up with improvements and opportunities regarding our Hiring Process, based on the analysis; Build reports to share with the whole company; Bring technology to the processes; Help us to scale the recruitment process all around the world!Who You AreUndergraduate student in Engineering, Statistic, Data Science or related; Intermediate knowledge in Excel, Powerpoint, and Google Sheets; Intermediate proficiencyin English; Experience with dashboard platforms, like PowerBI, DataStudio, or others.
