In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust security strategy that encompasses risk assessment, compliance, incident response, and security architecture.
As a leader, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that security is integrated into every aspect of the cloud platform, ultimately protecting sensitive data and maintaining customer trust.
Your expertise will drive the development of security policies, standards, and procedures while fostering a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.
With a focus on continuous improvement, you will stay abreast of the latest security threats, technologies, and best practices to proactively identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical knowledge and leadership acumen, ensuring that Luizalabs remains at the forefront of security excellence in the cloud computing domain.

Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy for Magalu Cloud.
Lead the security team and provide mentorship to develop their skills.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with IT, development, and operations teams to ensure security best practices are followed.
Monitor security incidents and respond appropriately to breaches and threats.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards such as GDPR and ISO .
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging threats, and technologies to enhance cloud security.
\n Proven experience in a security leadership role, preferably within cloud environments.
In-depth knowledge of cloud security frameworks and best practices.
Strong understanding of network security, application security, and data protection methodologies.
Familiarity with compliance requirements and risk management processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
