Your role in our team   Direct report to CEO of Körber Pharma Inspection GmbH You collect and consolidate market and customer information to derive strategic decisions Regular exchange with customer’s key decision makers Leading a department of 6 product managers and product owners with further growth potential Responsible for setup of the annual product-market strategy aligned with the Business Area “Pharma” Shaping the machinery, software and service portfolio and pushing digital products Business development for new product launches Strong connector between sales and technical departments Competitor and lost order monitoring   Your profile   Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Biotechnology, Pharma Science or equivalent experience Minimum of 4 years working experience, work or educational experience abroad is a plus Experience in leading a team, a previous function as a product manager, product owner, business developer or technical team lead is beneficial Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical industry, knowledge of computer vision is a plus Highly proficient MS-Office user Fluent in German, business proficient in English Strategic mindset and analytical decision making Excellent communication and presentation skills Motivating team player Creative mind with affinity for machines and software   Your working environment at Körber At the Körber location in Markt Schwaben, high-quality machines have been built for the pharmaceutical industry since .
