Head Of Payments - Based on the unique value proposition and brand value of Getnet in Brazil, PagoNxt Merchant Solutions will be expanding the acquiring franchise to additional markets. Nowadays, Getnet is the third largest acquirer in Latam (Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Brazil, and Uruguay) and we already operate across all European markets. To achieve this goal, we are building a cloud-based acquiring architecture in which products are built based on microservices and deployed at all markets, shortening time to market and improving value. To define and build up these products, services catalog and customer journeys, we aim to attract the best possible talent. **To achieve this goal, PagoNxt is organized into three different businesses**:- Merchant Solutions, for merchants and acquirers. - Trade Solutions, for corporates and SMEs. - Consumer Solutions, digital products and services for individuals. This key position will focus on driving and strengthening our global product strategy. **WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**- Develop and execute payment strategies aligned with company objectives, market trends, and customer needs. Lead the formulation of short-term and long-term payment goals and initiatives. - Develop strategies to optimize the lifecycle of payment products and services, from initial launch to end-of-life. - Oversee all aspects of payment processing operations for in-store and e-commerce channels. - Ensure reliability, security, and efficiency of payment systems while adhering to industry regulations and standards. - Drive the development of seamless and intuitive payment experiences across all customer touchpoints. Collaborate with design and customer experience teams to ensure user-centric design principles are integrated into payment interfaces. - Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new payment products and features. - Support the operations team focused on launching new markets. - Ensure compliance with payment industry regulations, standards, and security protocols. - Utilize data-driven insights to optimize payment processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and enhance decision-making. - Collaborate with data teams to analyze payment trends, customer behaviors, and market dynamics. Monitor performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to improve our payment offering. - Lead a diverse and talented team of directors and senior managers by providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive team performance and alignment with company goals. - Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including product management, sales, marketing, and finance teams. Collaborate closely with external partners, payment networks, and industry associations to drive mutual success. - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of payment initiatives. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on payment performance, trends, and strategic initiatives. **WHO YOU ARE**- +10 years of demonstrated previous experience in a similar role in the digital payments industry, preferably in acquiring, with a global focus. - Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing relationships with high-level clients. - Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization. - Strong analytical skills and ability to make strategic decisions based on data. - Customer orientation and passion for delivering innovative, high-quality solutions. - Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A postgraduate degree or certification in Project Management or Customer Relations would be an advantage.
