As a Measurement Lead for LatAm Market, you will help the Sales team, Advertisers and Agency partners understand and improve the effectiveness of their advertising on Pinterest. You?ll act as an advocate, strategist, and thought leader for ad measurement in the region and segment. You will design and execute empirical research to help a variety of Advertising Partners understand and improve the effectiveness of their advertising on Pinterest (from Brand Lift analysis to Conversion Lift studies). What you?ll do:Define and align with key stakeholders on the measurement strategy and support model across the LATAM region Coach and guide regional measurement leads to execute the strategy Develop data-driven playbooks, processes and best practices to help improve performance at scale and increase resource efficiency Improve overall measurement comprehension and adoption through training and education programsCollaborate closely with other Measurement segment leads to ensure alignment and consistency across the business Engage in strategic conversations with CMOs and advertiser?s senior stakeholders to challenge and influence measurement practices What we?re looking for:12+ years of digital analytics or advertising measurement experience Proven ability to craft and execute business strategy Understanding of current digital ad measurement methodologies (brand lift, conversion lift, etc. ) Strong familiarity with professional services (e.
