Head Of Informatics Services Delivery Pmo - You are responsible for The People Enablement Manager champions compliance with General Business Principles in the market place. Daily demonstration of the highest level of Philips Leadership competencies and our behaviorsEnsures full adherence and integrity of business operation according internal / external requirements and standards. Role models our General Business Principles as a fundamental part of our behaviors and takes pro-active measures throughout Philips to ensure compliance with the GBPResponsible for delivering the product and process content to support companys growth, delivery processes must be consistent, standardized, tuned, repeatable, aligned with global strategy, processes and customer needs. Leading the creation, structuring and implementation of new training delivery models. Contributes the people enablement trainings of new critical capabilities and standardized ways of workingMonitor customer experience and other actions to resolve delivery-related issues. Ensures education projects are properly planned / executed / sustained thought our KPIs and Methodology. Selects and evaluates professional services & solution delivery personnel and other staff, as requiredSet measurable goals, and expectations for team members and help them be successfulYou are a part of A Global Services & Solutions Delivery team. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience Requires a bachelor''s degree in a relevant field (education, business, or engineering). PMP Agile and Scrum certificationsPMO experience preferably with related SoftwareFluent English is required to perform this role.
