escrição da vagaReportando -se ao CFO, o profissional irá fornecer informações para o planejamento estratégico da empresa para a gestão da companhia, definindo metas para departamentos e gestores individuais;Coordenar operações dentro do departamento e entre departamentos, supervisionando a alocação de recursos e orçamento, orientando a equipe e avaliando seu desempenho;Conduzir o planejamento financeiro da empresa e garantir que o fluxo de caixa seja adequado para as operações da empresa, preparando relatórios confiáveis e de previsão;Estabelecer e supervisionar os sistemas de TI da empresa;Garantir conformidade com a legislação e políticas da empresa;Gerenciar as áreas contábil, fiscal, tesouraria, planejamento financeiro e controladoria, assegurando a integração e eficiência dessas funções;Modelo de trabalho híbrido (primordialmente in loco).
erfil desejadoHabilidade de resolução de problemas, adaptação a mudanças em ambientes em desenvolvimento com excelentes habilidades de liderança;Experiência em empresas multinacionais com políticas, regras e processos bem definidos;Experiência prévia no segmento de trading e commodities;Formação superior preferencialmente nas áreas de Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, com especialização ou MBA;Fluência em inglês.
