Lead supply chain activities to reach purchasing costs, quality, and on-time delivery targets; Industrialization.
Drive industrialization activities with a focus on partnership with the development team to reduce throughput time and ease the introduction of modifications; Business Development.
Build relationships with key industry players, vendors, and customers to develop new business opportunities; Operational Leadership; Strategic Planning.
Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company goals to achieve organizational objectives; Quality Control; Team Management; Budget Management; Continuous Improvement.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Safety Compliance.
Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
Stakeholder Communication; Inventory and Logistics; Customer Service; Legal Compliance; Production Management; Process Improvement.
Direct activities to design new and modified processes for manufacturing and testing products, and develop tools and policies for purchasing and logistics.
Data Management.
Ensure quality and integrity of data used in the ERP system that drives order fulfillment.
The Successful Applicant Fluent English; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software; Experience in budgeting and forecasting; Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred); Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
