Guidance OP1, OP2 - Analyze and manages financial and operational KPIs to support the business owners across all functions (Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation, etc).
- Prepare monthly performance based reporting for the business & senior management.
- Execute ad hoc finance initiatives as & when required.
Collaborate with International finance colleagues to drive best practices and efficiency improvements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Relevant experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience - Relevant experience identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience - - Relevant experience creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience - Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and experience in a quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience - Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience - MBA, or CPA - Knowledge of Tableau - Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples.
