WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR ROUTINE : Ensure the correct accounting of operations by applying accounting concepts. Interface with the entire administrative, financial, and accounting teams with instructions and reclassification requests. Compare Actual vs. Budget, reconcile expenses, and provisions. Understand expenses and interact daily with accounting and other departments to ensure proper expense classification, including cost and expense allocations. Support budget projections and forecasts, to provide insights for financial planning helping decision-making processes. Analyze key financial performance indicators (KPIs), such as margins, profitability, cost allocation efficiency, and business line margins. Assisting in improving Voltalia's Cash Flow control through effective monitoring and analysis. Supporting the development, implementation, and management of simplified financial models. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering with accounting knowledge. Intermediate / Advanced English. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Proven accounting knowledge (BRGAAP and IFRS are quite similar). Basic knowledge of Power BI. Professional proficiency in English is required, and proficiency in Spanish is desirable. KEY SKILLS Interpersonal relationship skills. Problem-solving and business acumen. Commitment and strong sense of responsibility. Ability to work effectively under pressure, demonstrating a high degree of autonomy. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
