Financial Planning & Analysis Manager - This position will have regular interaction with Managing Directors and Partners MDPs, as well as Case Team members for decision support of commercial aspects of the business leading the Finance Case Management Team. You will report directly to the Head of Finance Brazil providing leverage and support to implement global and local initiatives to effectively meet business objectives, including managing the economics, mentoring and developing the finance team, providing leadership and direction to the Business Services Team members. The Finance Manager will act as a business partner in the duties of finance commercial support to Consulting Team. This includes proposal support, pricing and investments, review of contracts in accordance with business guidelines and managing the client case economics for projects and investments. Close collaboration with Legal department and Office Leadership to ensure business risks are properly addressed. The Finance Manager will support the Business Development Team BDT with support, analysis and monitoring of decisions taken on client investments and discounts. This role will interact with all levels of the organization, involved in strategic planning and initiatives and is to be an active member of Brazil Finance Team and Global Finance community. YOU''RE GOOD ATJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Financial Planning and Analysis- Coordination and preparation of the strategic and financial plans, and forecasts in accordance with global and regional guidelines by working closely with the Office Administrator OA and Head of Finance HoF. - Provide timely and meaningful management reporting which includes financial performance, state of the business for local leadership as a basis for business decisions, and ad hoc analysis as required- Prepare planning and reporting for other costs in collaboration with heads of department; analyze cost variances to budget by teaming with department managers to ensure accuracy, reasonableness and early detection of potential issues- Work closely with the OA and Head of Finance as required, specifically working in conjunction on the Pyramid Planning process- Liaise with ISA System and Global Services and the region to share assumptions, address questions and provide additional information, as appropriate- Continuously seeking to ensure local business processes are optimized to manage costs and maintain infrastructure necessary to support the growth- Responsible for oversight of the CAPEX budgets, working closely with the OA and IT Team as appropriate- Coordinate process with New Businesses and Practice Area consolidationClient service and support- Provide commercial support to give leverage to client MDPs and early detection of issues- Analyze pricing trends and refine pricing template and billing rates, as appropriate- Assist in client negotiations and contracting providing legal/fiscal support directly or through teaming with appropriate experts, ensuring appropriate processes are in place regarding client contract management CCM including enforcement of world-wide contracting policies- Perform client case cost budgetary control and analysis, including evaluation of case economics, development/tracking of budgets in close cooperation with the Project Partner; supervise management ofaccounts receivable, collections and absorptions to ensure timely and accurate processing- Implement, best practices in client contracting, billings, and collections process in order to decrease DSO and minimize risk, improve pricing realization. - Review revenue backlog weekly report and Weekly Billability Report to explain deviations in billability by teaming with Staffing- Coordinates the revenue credit process with the Partner Service GroupGeneral administration- Under the guidance of the Head of Finance, assist in implementing agreed upon recommendations from the Global Risk Team- As appropriate team with the Finance Operations Manager to manage the local audit and local PWC relationship- Collaborates in various administrative responsibilities as required- Participate in local and regional projects, as neededThis description covers the principal responsibilities and responsibilities evolve based upon the business needs and the potential of individual. It is necessary to have the ability to understand and manage complex reporting relationships and incorporate multiple culturesYOU BRING EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Engineering. MBA preferred- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
