Field Work Manager - The Fieldwork Manager is in charge of all the sampling aspects and fieldwork management of all company projects. In his/her function, the Fieldwork Manager is bringing his/ her expertise on sampling and field management to ensure smooth data collection and timely deliveries. His/ her main responsibilities are to manage the sampling activity on projects, so that we maintain both an optimal usage of supply channels from a cost/ efficiency and capacity perspectives as well as meeting our clients requirements in terms of quality and turnaround time. The fieldwork manager assists the SVP Operations in developing and managing the different areas of the Back Office Operations for the effective development and maintenance of Medimix panel and contact database, as well as supporting customer service and call center operations. The role of the Fieldwork manager also includes (but is not limited to):ÜSupporting the SVP operations by generating KPIs and reports on operations and panel usage. ÜMaintaining and expanding Medimix panel by building on the current database and keeping it up-to-dateüEstablishing best practices in all fieldwork related processes. ÜLiaising with project managersüManaging field agencies and fieldwork coordinators globally. **Specific Information**:Below are key responsibilities of a Fieldwork Manager. The duties listed are not to be considered restrictive or complete and nothing should prevent the management to reassess them or make them evolve as requested by the business. ÜEvaluates panel counts, runs and confirms feasibility on assigned projects and provides fieldwork analysis on a project basisüAssesses and mitigates risk on fieldwork; ÜManages and monitors fieldwork, assessing project field work requirements on a daily basis and recruiting accordingly. ÜDefines and utilizes all appropriate channels based on guidelines to optimize our cost and to complete the projects; ÜFocuses on the respondent experience keeping in mind our capacity: invitation design, proper incentive, survey experience; ÜOversees support to panelists and management of panelist complainsüSupervises panel improvement (contacts / database search)üLooks for efficiencies/better working practices in all areas of the role. Works in automation of all fieldwork related systems and processes: launch, panel update, invitation process, etc. ÜProvides operations manager with KPI reports of the panel, contact search and contact centers, launch activities, etc. ÜDevelops and supervise panelist loyalty campaignsüEnsures the correct use of contact centers and contact search toolsüUtilizes outsourcing to fieldwork agencies as a last resource. ÜTakes over survey issues reported by the contact centers and provides solutions so that the call center operations are not interruptedüDevelops procedures and works with the operation team creating documentation to support operations activitiesüFacilitates communications and cross training between Brazil and Philippines teams, or any other fieldwork team we might develop in the futureüSelects and monitors fieldwork agencies, ensuring data quality. ÜManages outside research vendors: negotiates pricing, collects cost estimates, coordinates and manage recruiting efforts for assigned research projects. ÜWorks closely with project managers to ensure successful project executionüNeeds to respond to Project Management Team request within 12 hours. ÜProvides field service recommendations concerning best course of action to meet study timing parametersüField work quality control (including monitoring quota group fulfillment and interview monitoring for quality controlüAssesses training requirements of all full-time staff under his / her jurisdictionüProvides a weekly report of the fieldwork status
