Estamos à procura de um Field Service Engineer (FSE) dedicado e tecnicamente habilidoso para se juntar à nossa equipe.
O candidato ideal terá experiência em manutenção preventiva, suporte ao cliente, instalação e reparo de equipamentos em ambientes laboratoriais complexos.
Esta posição realizará viagens nacionais e internacionais.
Responsabilidades.
Realizar manutenção preventiva em equipamentos complexos de laboratório.
Fornecer suporte técnico e atendimento ao cliente.
Instalar e reparar equipamentos de laboratório.
Documentar todas as atividades de manutenção e reparo.
Trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe.
Gerenciar inventário de peças, equipamentos e ferramentas.
Atualizar software e firmware dos equipamentos conforme necessário.
Requisitos.
Experiência prévia como Field Service Engineer.
Graduação superior em engenharia Inglês Avançado Fortes habilidades técnicas para trabalhar com equipamentos complexos em ambiente de laboratório.
Experiência prévia em um ambiente BSL nível 3 ou superior.
Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente ou em equipe.
Capacidade de trabalhar de forma eficaz em ambientes altamente sensíveis.
Disponibilidade para viagens Nacionais e Internacionais.
Passaporte válido Localização.
