Field Service Analyst Pl - The ideal scenario to expand ideas through the right tools, contributing to our success in a collaborative environment. Position: Field Service AnalystWe are looking for a Field Service Analyst who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will: Provide end user support. As an analyst or technician, you will attend to requests or incidents in person, applying software corrections to workstations or evaluating hardware failures that require a repair in the laboratory. Carry out interventions without opening the machine. Provide experience for end user support in record, diagnose, and solve problems in the scope of microcomputing, hardware, operating systems, telephony, videoconferencing, web conferencing, audio conferencing, and related areas, including performing any corrective maintenance on ICT equipment. Clarify doubts and guide users regarding the use, availability, installation, and configuration of software, applications, information systems (both those in the market and those developed internally), equipment, standards, and procedures on the technological environment of the Customer and its use. Identify and immediately report to the Level 2 Service Supervisor critical problems that have significant impacts on the technological environment of Customer, exceptional situations, and other situations beyond its control or jurisdiction. Perform analysis of the hardware requirements for software installation. Test functionalities of new equipment, components, or peripherals, and prepare configuration and user guides or manuals. Reinstall the default image on workstations or notebooks, including the process of backing up users' data. Act in the execution of activities of the asset management process in Customer locations where there are no asset technicians allocated, at times when the Asset Management service is not available, or whenever required by supervision. Preferred SkillsAnd much better if you stand out for: Knowledge in these tools: Jira (ITSM), Confluence (KB), Cisco ISE, Path my PC, R2D2 (Customer tool), Logitech Sync, VC Poly, Insight (Módulo do Jira), Snow ITSM ENHANCER (CMDB). Knowledge in these tools: VPN Cliente Global Protection (Palo Alto), Teamviewer HOST, Portal da Empresa Customer, SCCM, Endpoint Detection & Response EDR (Tehtris), Endpoint Protection Platform EPP (Tehtris), Forcepoint ONE (Forcepoint), Rapid7, Microsoft AIP, Phishme, Windows Security Center, Mobile Pass+, Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Yammer, SAP, M. E. S. PSI, MS Office Apps, Adobe Reader, Microsoft Edge, cabling (climping, test cables UTP / Fiberoptics MM and SM). Desirable Skills: Experience MS Windows OS, O365 E1 / E3 / E5, AD, Single / MFA, Linux OS, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Office 365 and all its Apps, PowerBI, PowerApps, Power Automation.
