What were looking for:We need a Facebook Ads Manager to lead and optimize high-ROI campaigns for local service industry clients. You should have a proven track record with Facebook advertising and a data-driven, strategic mindset to independently manage campaigns. Key Responsibilities:Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of Facebook ad campaigns. Conduct in-depth audience research to ensure campaign relevance. Collaborate with customer managers to align ad strategies with client goals. Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights for budget and bid adjustments. Stay updated on Facebooks policies, platform updates, and trends. Prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights for clients. Qualifications:Proven 5+ years of expertise in Facebook advertising with measurable ROI. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign management. Deep understanding of Facebook Ads, policies, and best practices. Ability to manage multiple campaigns with precision and accuracy. Excellent communication skills for reporting and insights. Self-sufficient and proactive, able to solve challenges independently. Salary & Growth Opportunities:Starting salary of $2,200 USD/month + performance-based bonuses.
