EXPORT FINANCE EXECUTIVE MANAGER/ DIRECTOR

Export Finance Executive Manager/ Director - ) Relevant financial industry and client-facing experience in the Export Financing or Structured Finance space Ability to negotiate / business skills Customer focus Profit-oriented Management experience and leadership skills Attention to detail, accuracy, reliability, & organizational skillsStrong business acumen Willingness to travel within Brazil and internationally as needed Ability to work across functional teams Minimum required qualifications:In depth product knowledge of Export Finance solutions as well as familiarity with the main flows of imports/exports of capital goods in/out Brazil, specific Brazilian contractual arrangements for export / pre-export financing, and knowledge of the key players Experience in coordinating legal and technical consultants for the execution of EF transactions Good understanding of ''business rationale'' and sound risk judgment Understanding of key credit parameters and decision metrics for EF transactions Strong communication skills (presentation, verbal & written) Written and verbal fluency in English and Portuguese; Cultural and businessknowledge of the Brazil market Listening skills Experience working with strict deadlines Preferred qualifications:Experience with BNPP internal processes, policies, and requirements (or those at a leading international financial institution) Business Partner approach and coordination skills with Coverage Relationship Managers / Senior Bankers Experience in working with senior Risk and Credit managers to secure internal business and risk approvals at Regional (NY) and Head Office (CCDG Paris) levels Experience in working with senior representatives of Brazilian official institutions (BNDES, Brazilian Navy and Air Force, Rep. of Brazil Ministry of Finance / PGFN, ABGF/SAIN) Good knowledge of Global Banking and Global Markets products, cross-selling track record with multiple business lines " BNPParibas is committed to providing a work environment that promotes diversity, inclusion and equal employment opportunities without distinction of race, color, sex, age, creed, religion, nationality, disability (physical or mental), marital status, citizenship, ancestry, sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression, or any other legally protected status.
