Usufrua de toda a riqueza e graciosidade da região e eternize a cidade maravilhosa dentro de você! Descrição da vaga Lead hotel operations during your shift, overseeing all areas to address guest needs and ensuring exceptional service quality aligned with Fairmont standards.
Supervise and monitor hotel safety conditions throughout your shift.
Collaborate with other departments to identify improvements and ensure compliance with LQA and Forbes standards, working closely with operational Heads of Department (HODs) to deliver excellence at Fairmont Rio de Janeiro Copacabana.
Ensure an exceptional guest experience by focusing on operational details and upholding the highest quality standards.
Act as a brand ambassador, efficiently resolving guest concerns while fostering an atmosphere of refinement and hospitality.
Qualificações Education and Experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in a similar leadership role within luxury hotels or resorts.
Skills and Competencies.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and guest services.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
Proficiency in handling guest complaints and resolving issues efficiently while maintaining composure under pressure.
Familiarity with LQA and Forbes standards is highly desirable.
Solid problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Languages.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Portuguese is highly advantageous.
Additional languages are a plus.
Technical Skills.
Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.
., Opera, MICROS).
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Personal Attributes.
A guest-focused mindset with attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellence.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
