We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager who will lead a cross-functional team who are building highly available event-driven, resilient systems.

ou’ll be great for this role ifYou have 2+ years experience as a hands-on Engineering Manager and have 6+ years of software development experience.
ou have hands-on experience working with backend-focused engineering teams and experience with any of the modern languages we work with (Golang, Elixir, Java/Kotlin) and are well-practiced with AWS.
ou have a solid understanding of fundamental design principles, data modeling, and API design.
ou have proven experience in building and maintaining high-scale, high-throughput, and high-availability systems in agile environments.
ou are an empathetic communicator and active listener with an adaptive, servant leadership style, capable of applying development and feedback frameworks.
